For Rilecart, cooperation with Akonda is a natural choice - Akonda provides advanced solutions for the automatic production of tri-fold header calendars and basic spiral binding solutions. And now, thanks to Rilecart's offering, also advanced solutions for perforation and spiral crimping.<\/p>\n

The most popular solution in Rilecart's product line is the R-500TS closer, a bestseller based on the company's years of experience. With a speed of up to 1,500 cycles per hour, the closing machine can work with 3:1\", 2:1\" and 4:1\" spirals, in a thickness range from 3\/16\" to 9\/16\". The maximum width is 500mm, and the machine can be equipped with an automatic calendar hanger feeder.<\/p>\n

The R-522TS model, expands on the capabilities of the R-500TS - the maximum width is 520mm, and the thickness of the spiral is 3\/4\" allowing to bind 15mm blocks. The factory's flexibility allows it to supply a wide range of devices - R-800 - maximum size 800x1000mm; R-422 - maximum thickness 24mm (at 420mm wide).<\/p>\n

The industrial series is dedicated to realizing the largest print runs. A wide range of automatic machines allows you to choose the optimal solution to automate perforation and spiral closing (with extras like hanger feeding). The latest model PB-796 HD ES allows working with a maximum size of up to 600x700mm and a speed of up to 2,300 pieces\/hour, at one time the machine can perforate up to 4.5mm block thickness.<\/p>\n
