Akonda's installation of the iEcho PK0604 Plus plotter at the W2Print printing house in Warsaw has been successfully completed.<\/p>\n

W2print's cooperation with Akonda has been going on for several years, trust has been earned and competence verified in early 2019, with the installation of the most user-friendly GMP Qtopic 380F foil-gilding machine. Qtopic allows W2Print to produce gilding on diplomas, invitations and advertising materials that stand out from the standards.<\/p>\n

Z ko\u0144cem 2020 roku zesp\u00f3\u0142 W2Print zdecydowa\u0142 si\u0119 na ploter biguj\u0105co-tn\u0105cy iEcho PK 0604 PLUS. Na decyzj\u0119 znacz\u0105cy wp\u0142yw mia\u0142 walor automatyzacji pracy – ploter wyposa\u017cony jest w podajnik arkuszy (do formatu 64x45cm), automatyczne \u0142adowanie na przestrzeni roboczej i automatyczny roz\u0142adunek wyci\u0119tych arkuszy, co praktycznie eliminuje jednego operatora. Maszyna wyposa\u017cona jest w dwa no\u017ce wleczone, co idealnie wpisuje si\u0119 w g\u0142\u00f3wn\u0105 potrzeb\u0119 drukarni, czyli rycowanie i wycinanie naklejek drukowanych na papierze samoprzylepnym. Pozycjonowanie wydruku odbywa si\u0119 dzi\u0119ki odczytywaniu pozycji znacznik\u00f3w przy wykorzystaniu kamery – rozwi\u0105zanie zapewnia dok\u0142adno\u015b\u0107 do u\u0142amk\u00f3w milimetra.<\/p>\n

In addition to slitting and cutting self-adhesive paper, the iEcho PK0604 Plus cuts chalked paper, cardboard, PET, magnetic film and, using an oscillating knife, also corrugated and solid cardboard or foamed PVC.
\nThe attached creasing wheel allows the realization of boxes, unusual folding invitations, labels and similar products.<\/p>\n

The installation of the iEcho PK0604 Plus has brought W2Print, a Warsaw-based printing company, automation and cost reduction in sticker production, as well as the ability to offer customers new, customized products that allow them to stand out from the crowd.<\/p>\n
