It is ideal for binding calendars and catalogs. It is extremely easy to operate, simple to maintain and extremely robust. Thanks to its high-precision binding with small diameters, it ensures perfect finishing of even the thinnest products. The machine is equipped with a modern touch control system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How the R-500 T.S. spiral crimper works:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The operator enters the diameter, pitch and the desired number of coils per length into the computer. He then places the previously pre-punched product on the work table and presses the foot pedal.<\/p>\n<p>The spiral crimper automatically unwinds the spool, cuts the wire and transfers each length to the binding tool.<\/p>\n<p>A clamp on the work table locks the product, positioning the cut edge in the direction of the spiral. The table moves the product to the binding position, and the product is then bound with the closing tool, which can be quickly replaced when the diameter of the spiral changes. A hanger can also be inserted during the closing operation.
