The B-599 HF BF is the fastest fully automatic binding machine available on the market.
It can process books, notepads, notebooks, diaries and many other products using double loop wire. Thanks to the unique rotary tunnel, paper is transported in the easiest way, and this technology combined with the innovative wire feeding system allows for very high productivity.
The machine can also be equipped with an integrated pendant feeder with a molder.
How it works:
When the B-599 H.F. machine is not connected to a punch station (see DP-4500 line), feed pre-punched products that are already collected to it.
The workpiece placed on the machine is transported to the insertion area, where it connects to the feeding device. Using a sensor and transport movements, the wire is precisely inserted into the holes. The wire then makes a 90° turn in a specially designed tunnel, allowing the loops to be properly aligned, ready to be closed under the appropriate tool for binding.
This system is considered one of the simplest, which ensures high speed and efficiency. The machine is capable of binding wall calendars using wires with diameters of 1/4″, 5/16" and 3/8" and hangers with lengths of 100 to 200 mm.
