We will present Trimposer software that allows automation of Ausjetech SCC bindery harvester - models 8336BSC and 9375SCC.
The software allows users to make imposition of utilities - business cards, flyers, invitations - on a sheet, send the file along with a barcode for printing and automatically transfer the settings to the Ausjetech SCC multifinisher.
After the printed sheets are placed on the machine's feeder, the barcode is read and the corresponding program is invoked. The process of cutting, cutting with disks, creasing, perforating follows. No operator intervention or clicking from the machine desktop is necessary.

- Work with sheet up to 370mm wide
- Cutting with 6 discs
- Guillotine cutting
- Work with two creasing or perforating bars simultaneously (0.6; 1.0; 1.4mm for creasing, 12,24,52 TPI for perforating)
- Fragmented or fixed longitudinal disc perforation
- Fragmented or fixed transverse disc perforation
