The automation of the process is possible thanks to the latest BMP device combining the printing machine with the C.P. Bourg BB3202 edge banding machine.

The BPM modules have nearly 50 configurations that allow:

cutting sheets in half
edge shearing
creasing the sheet in half
fracturing of the acrustus

all so that there is the possibility of printing 2 usages / 4 pages from a sheet (configuration presented) or 4 usages / 8 pages from a sheet (configuration with two BPM modules).

All from the maximum printer sheet without wasting material!
