Cutting-big plotters allow the realization of work that was previously reserved only for high-volume production using die-cutting machines.
They provide opportunities to reach new markets that were virtually inaccessible to digital printing, or to low- and medium-volume production.
All iEcho PK cutting and creasing plotters are equipped with a sheet feeder, creasing puck, two trailing knives, a CCD camera for precise positioning. The iEcho PK Plus cutting plotter models are extended with an oscillating knife, and the iEcho PRO max series with an oscillating knife and an active knife.
The most popular products realized on cutting-big plotters are:
- packaging (made of cardboard or paperboard)
The whole range of packaging for products like bottles, jars, cosmetics, through packaging for promotional products and many others printed on cardboard. In small and medium runs or in the prototyping process. Typically cut with a trailing knife or active knife. For example, a single sheet of SRA3 can be used to produce a box size of 100mm long, 50mm deep and 300mm high.
In the series of products prepared by Akonda Digital Box Factory which consists of printing machines, iEcho cutting-bigging plotters and foiling machines with gilding function, we provide software for designing packaging with any dimension using more than 170 models prepared for cardboard and paperboard (FEFCO and ECMA models).
- corrugated cardboard packaging with or without printing
Eco-friendly brown cardboard packaging, sample packaging for shipping, prototyping of unusual packaging, small stands, pos's.
Cardboard is usually cut with an oscillating knife or an active knife.
On the iEcho PK0705Plus cutting and bending plotters, we can realize the very popular FEFCO 427 cut, shipping box model, with dimensions exceeding 200x200x70mm
On the largest plotter PK1209 Pro max we can make a flap box with dimensions reaching 380mm in length, 200mm in width and even 500mm in height.
- stickers (on self-adhesive papers and films)
Labels, stickers, whether for industry or B2C applications like stickers for wedding bottles, homemade wine, craft beer, jars of preserves.
Support in the production of resin stickers, DTF or DSP iron-on fabric decals
Cutting materials on the iEcho cutting plotter
Tools installed on iEcho PK cutting plotters allow cutting materials like:
- Paper (chalked, uncoated, decorative, kraft, foiled, gilded)
In addition to boxes, these will include folders, irregularly shaped business cards, spatial products, backs for three-part calendars, decorative elements - toppers, garlands
- magnetic films
Used in the production of popular refrigerator magnets or temporary markings for cars
- foamed PVC
Most often printed with UV printing, sometimes laminated.
- PE foams
As a filler for packaging prone to bruising items.

Cutting laminated solid cardboard in the production of puzzles. Possibility to mount a knife so-called V-cut and cut cardboard at an angle of 45st (in the production of so-called Rigid boxes, binders, covers)
- PET/PP films
For the production of transparent packaging/boxes, bags, wobblers.
