It was with the idea of expanding its production capabilities that Top Agency once again placed its trust in Akonda, which has already installed its third machine at the printing plant, and it is iEcho PK 0705 cutting and bending plotter!
"We've been thinking about buying a plotter for some time in terms of sticker production, but I can't hide the fact that the calendar we got from Akonda last year, with the head cut in an irregular shape, also inspired us a lot. After all, we do three-part calendars on a grand scale, but so far always in standard shapes".

In fact, the iEcho cutting plotter perfectly copes not only with cutting stickers, but many other materials, giving them virtually any shape. In addition to paper or cardboard, the plotter can perfectly cope with such materials as solid cardboard, magnetic films, foamed PVC or PE foams. Making a high-quality product, magnets, stickers, boxes or tripartite calendars with heads in shapes other than rectangular, is possible with the iEcho plotter in a short time and in a limited space.

On top of that, there are 6 different methods of setting cut marks, automatic merging of segments in a mesh file to increase productivity, automatic error diagnosis by remote access to device parameters, or always automatic software updates to the latest available version."
Sam iEcho cutting plotter takes up little space, the integrated machine structure has a welded machine frame that provides stability in an aesthetically pleasing housing. The material to be processed is positioned on the felt belt, and the cut usages automatically fall onto the receiving table. Cardboard or paper after processing can be easily folded, thanks to a pneumatic creasing system with a pressure of 4kg, where the maximum weight of creased material is up to 400g/m2. The PK plotter has two knife holders (trailing), adjustable with different pressures and depths for easy changes between materials.
Three years ago, Akonda installed at the printing plant SCC compact bookbinding machine, a device on which you can complete a significant part of the bookbinding tasks in your printing house, acting as a guillotine and creasing machine at the same time.
