"Company Printing" is a company operating in the market for almost 14 years! The 25-person team is made up of specialists and enthusiasts in the printing and advertising industry, responding to the growing demand of the demanding market. The company focuses on print management, i.e. outsourcing of printing, giving the opportunity to reduce the cost of printing and advertising materials without reducing their quality. "Corporate Printing" boasts the trust of more than 200 conscious, modern brands.
For the purpose of order fulfillment, the company created the DrukFirm System - a proprietary, innovative IT tool designed to improve the quality of printed materials, printing services, optimize their handling and fulfillment time, and reduce expenses and create savings for its users. This IT solution is not a closed structure and is still being developed according to emerging needs and comments made by its users. The system is used for ordering printing and printing products and other products related to the client's image and organization and is currently used by nearly 600 large, medium and small entities from all sectors of the economy. The functionality of the system provides full service, recording and accounting of orders for personalized products, business cards, envelopes, letterheads, name and company stamps, sales support materials such as folders, advertising catalogs, paper document folders, paper bags and other individual printing projects.
The execution of the aforementioned productions "Company Printing" had to outsource some of them to its subcontractors, which often entailed not only longer turnaround times, but also the engagement of more employees for a given order. However, as the company is constantly striving for growth in every area, an investment was made to fully automate the bindery processes. The Swift Speed Fold creasing and folding machine is a multifunctional creasing and folding machine, which folds paper up to 350g/m2 (double fold) or even 400g/m2 (single fold) and allows stacking paper sheets up to 10 centimeters and working at speeds up to 6,300 sheets/hour! All this without drawing sheets, with accuracy compensation according to paper thickness, with vacuum picking from above and a lift table. A 7-inch touch-screen programmer makes job setup intuitive and simple.
When asked what benefits his company has gained from the new machine, Daniel Konatovich smiles - "Until now, we have been working on manual or semi-automatic equipment. Not a month has passed and the whole line is running at full steam. Gone are the days when we outsource some of the inputs, because the automation of all processes is an unimaginable saving of time. It used to be that one order was done by 5 people in 4 hours, now it is done by one person in half an hour! I can't help but mention that it's a very user-friendly and easy-to-use device, and any slightest doubts were dispelled by the very thorough training Akonda provided during installation."
The Swift Speed automatic creasing machine is the perfect solution for all digital and offset printers. Swift Speed offers high precision creasing with adjustable depth. Innovative solution in the form of perforation disks, controlled by an electromagnet, allows to switch on and off the perforation, creating the so-called fragmentary perforation. The device gives the possibility to perform several perforations on a sheet, thus enabling the production of coupons, tickets or rips without the need for a die-cutter! The Swift Speed automatic creasing machine can be equipped with additional tools: perforation bar, 0.6mm creasing bar for working with papers up to about 250 g/m2, 1mm creasing bar for working with papers of about 300 g/m2, 1.4mm creasing bar for working with papers from about 300 g/m2 and modules: perforating, cutting, creasing, fragmentary perforation. The used strip mechanism allows to perform creasing or perforation every 0.5mm. The machine itself can both creasing and folding, perforating and folding as only creasing or only perforating.
