Automatic, semi-automatic and manual creasing machines

Creasing machines are a basic tool in a printing house, which allows aesthetic and accurate folding of paper with weights above 150-160 g/m2. After the creasing, we are sure that the sheet of paper will be folded exactly in the crease line.

Depending on the needs and circulation, creasing machines are available - from manual through semi-automatic (the operator puts consecutive sheets under the collecting rollers) to full automatic (automatic collection of sheets from the stack by means of a suction belt from the top) with the possibility of combination with a knife folder allowing folding sheets of up to 400g/m2.

The semi-automatic and automatic creasing machines we offer have interchangeable creasing slats (0.6mm, 1mm and 1.4mm thick), which allows working with a full range of weights, as well as the possibility of replacing them with perforating slats. Each creasing machine with a creasing bar can have creasing, perforating or cutting disks installed.

Automatic creasing machines and semi-automatic creasing machines have the possibility of mounting a perforating strip in place of the creasing strip, after cutting the replaceable perforating strip, we have the possibility of partial perforation (not across the width of the sheet).
