The spiral binding machine is the next step in automating double spiral binding. This smart and flexible perforator binder can punch and bind in-line products up to 1 inch thick. Utilizing Rilecart's advanced technology, the machine is compact, easy to operate and is an ideal solution for replacing semi-automatic machines, minimizing the risk of not realizing the potential of your investment.

How the Spiral Machine Works:

Books and calendars must be collected in advance and placed on the perforator of the binding machine. Then, depending on the thickness of the product, the device can be used in three ways:

1. Thickness less than 4 mm: In this case, the perforator binder works in line without additional actions - just pick up the bound product from the conveyor.
2. Thickness from 5 mm to 10 mm: Use the separator blade to divide the product into two parts, which will be punched separately by the double punch tool.
3. Thickness over 10 mm: It is necessary to divide the book into several parts, which will be automatically reassembled and bound.

Perforator binder PB-735 HD DP can be combined with collecting devices.
