With speeds reaching 2500 calendars per hour, the line is designed for mass production. The entire process is fully automated - from taking the block, punching, feeding the hanger, binding, to lining up the finished products on the belt. The machine can also be combined in line with any type of picker.
⚙️ Powerful punch and "Easy Setting" tools
The machine is capable of pre-punching a block of up to 4.5 mm in one hit, which significantly speeds up production. The new "Easy Setting" (ES) type of punching tools allows individual needles to be switched off from the front of the machine, without the need to disassemble the entire tool, drastically reducing changeover time.

The PB-796 HD ES BF line is extremely flexible. It can be programmed for continuous operation, binding with a "break" for the pendant (skip-binding) or binding in two separate sections. A wide range of optional hanger feeders and molders (from 70 mm to 450 mm) allows production of almost any type of calendar.
