C.P. Bourg edge banding machines - description of the BB series
C.P. Bourg is the most preferred supplier for printers who value flexibility
and reliability.
The applied solutions allow checking the thickness of the insert and adjusting the cover to the insert accordingly, creasing of the cover is carried out within the machine using slats (creasing upwards and downwards in one pass). With the options for adjusting to variable work disabled, the machine achieves its maximum speed of 650 cycles per hour.
C.P. Bourg 3102
A major difference between the 3002 and 3102 is the use of an innovative cartridge feeder.
The use of a unique cartridge feeder allows the machine to speed up and streamline work by allowing the operator to attend to other activities for up to 10.1 minutes per cycle (a full load of the machine allows for 18 minutes of work) with 5mm EVA bonded binding. The operator is available for almost half the time for other activities.
