Cover production - CM-03

A compact, easy-to-use machine for the production of hardcover binding. The machine enables:
- glue application on the veneer
- wrapping the edges of the veneer
- cover ironing

The machine has 2 roller units:

made of stainless steel for glue application
Chrome-plated used as a press.

Wrapping of the edge of the veneer is carried out using a rubber-covered metal plate - the drive of the plate is transmitted using a pneumatic actuator. One edge is wrapped during one cycle. The work table has an under-feed which makes work easier and reduces mistakes.
