🔥 Advanced bonding system with 3 rollers
At the heart of the machine is a unique adhesive system: two rollers They apply a generous and even layer of glue along the entire length of the back, a third smoothing roller guarantees a perfectly flat and aesthetically pleasing surface. A separate, adaptive side gluing system provides extraordinary binding strength and prevents sheets from falling out.
⚙️ Precision milling and back preparation
The powerful cutter with replaceable blades not only aligns the spine of the book block, but also makes deep cuts (notching) in it. Such a process drastically increases the glue-grabbing surface, which is crucial for durable binding, especially on difficult, coated chalkboard papers (up to 130 gsm).
🤖 Full automation and intuitive operation
With the exception of specifying the cover, the entire binding process is automated. Automatic carriage clamp, block shake function and automatic cover pressure ensure repeatability and eliminate errors. The operator manages all parameters with 7-inch touchscreen, selecting one of three modes of operation.
🌡️ Glue stability thanks to warming tray
The innovative glue pellet pre-heating tray ensures that glue of stable temperature and ideal viscosity is delivered to the main tank. This eliminates the problems associated with fluctuating glue parameters, which guarantees even application and consistent binding quality from the first book to the last.

EVA (hot-melt) adhesives are an economical and versatile solution for book binding. The Boway K8 wrapping machine is designed to take full advantage of their properties.
