⚙️ Intelligent punching of thick blocks
A unique feature of the machine is its ability to work with products of different thicknesses. Thin blocks (up to 4 mm) are punched in one cycle. Thicker ones (up to 10 mm) are automatically divided into two parts and punched separately by an innovative two-part tool. The thickest blocks are automatically divided into several parts, punched, and then reassembled into a whole before binding.
📚 Versatility: from 1/4″ to 1″ in 2:1 and 3:1 pitch
The PB-735 supports an extremely wide range of spine diameters - from 1/4″ all the way up to 1″, which allows the binding of both very thin and thick publications. The machine can work with pitch 3:1″, 4:1″ or 2:1″ (depending on configuration), making it one of the most versatile on the market.
