The IML DA 2004 cover mounting table has advanced speed-controlled gluers. Possibility to use automatic stop spacing module (which selects spacing based on scanned barcode) - as an ideal solution for photo-album production!
In the Basic version, the operator has to adjust the slab guides to the new size (the whole operation takes less than a minute). As an option, the machine can be equipped with automatic computer-controlled servomotors for adjusting the guides and barcode readers for producing individual packages. After the covering material is fed through the gluing station and placed on the vacuum table, a boarder places the board on top of the glued material and from there the folded piece is fed to the first roll folding station. The rest of the operation - folding the 3rd and 4th sides, placing the corners and pressing - is done automatically, while the operator can already feed the next product. Adjustments to the size of the box and board are made automatically.
