The CMT-130TC trimmer is an ideal solution in the form of solid steel and cast iron construction, guaranteeing trouble-free operation, where hydraulic clamping and cutting provides the power to trim books up to 50.8 mm thick without delay. Standard features such as UHMW touchdown surfaces, composite bushings and stepper motor technology require virtually no maintenance.
The modularity of the CMT-130TC trimmer provides additional possibilities for future growth of the bindery by expanding the basic version. The system can be configured as an off-line manual trimmer for cost-effective finishing of entry-level books. A high-capacity feeder allows books to be stacked and automatically fed to the trimmer. The vertical stacker allows books up to 61 cm to be delivered. The CMT-130TC can also be configured for in-line trimming by adding an infeed conveyor and cooling tower to the system - giving the machine the ability to pick up books directly from the perfect binder OR from the book feeder. The CMT-130TC system is flexible and will meet your book trimming needs!
Intuitive 10.5" color touchscreen provides a clear view of the pruning system. Automatic book size detection simplifies the required job parameters, making command entry quick and easy.
