Akonda invites you to the PRINT FESTIVAL, where it will present the following. Many solutions for print shops and binderies. During the Fair held on 18-19.09 in the EXPO XXI Hall in Warsaw, will be presented many devices, supporting the automation of bookbinding processes.
The premiere SWIFT SPEED FOLD creasing and folding machine will be presented, folding paper up to 350g/m2 (double fold) or even 400g/m2 (single fold)! It's a multifunctional creasing-perforating-folding machine dedicated to digital and offset printing, with a vacuum intake from the top and a lift table, which allows stacking paper sheets up to 10 centimeters and working at speeds of up to 8000 sheets/hour without drawing sheets, with accuracy compensation depending on paper thickness. With a 10-inch touch-screen programmer work is intuitive and simple. An innovative solution in the form of perforation discs controlled by an electromagnet, allows you to switch perforations on and off (several perforations per sheet are possible), thus enabling you to produce coupons, tickets or tear-offs without the need for a die-cutter!
Visitors to the Print Festival will also be able to get acquainted with the GMP Qtopic 380 Auto foiler and GMP Qtopic 380F semi-automatic foiler, devices manufactured by GMP, a world leader in the production of finishing equipment - laminating/foiling and gilding digital prints. The Qtopic 380 series of foiling machines is a response to the growing demands of this market in terms of high quality foiling of digital prints, increased speed compared to desktop laminators or one-person operation of the process.

In one machine there is a guillotine with automatic fine-tuning and 6 cutting knives, there is a creasing machine with adjustable creasing depth and the possibility of full or partial perforation, equipped with kcreasing rollers, notching rollers, cutting rollers, a long feed table and a narrow-use feeder. The machine has a double-take sensor and a memory with the ability to set 64 programs.
