The iEcho PK-series cutting-bigging plotter is a machine designed for the graphic design, advertising, packaging industries to realize low to medium print runs in a convenient and efficient manner. Each iEcho PK cutting-big plotter allows you to cutting, notching, creasing, perforation, marking - All within a single machine.
The device is equipped with automatic sheet feeder, built-in CCD camera For accurate positioning of images on paper. The systems used ensure accurate work, a unique, high-quality product to be realized in a short time and in a limited space.

Integrated design - welded machine frame provides stability, plotter has ergonomic design, aesthetic housing and small size - iEcho PK0604 and PK0705 models occupy no more than 2m2
230V power supply for PK0604 and PK1209 models will blend into any environment
Automatic feeder having a capacity of up to 120mm or 400mm
The processed material is positioned on the felt belt - the cut usages automatically fall on the receiving table
The PK0705 Plus and PK0604 Plus have an oscillating knife (EOT) and can process material up to 6mm. The PK 1209 Pro Max model cuts up to 10mm using an oscillating knife
The PK1209 model has an active knife head
Pneumatic creasing system with 4kg pressure allows easy folding of cardboard/paper after processing. Maximum basis weight of creased cardboard/paper is up to 400g/m2
PK plotter has two knife holders (trailing) adjustable with different pressures and depths for easy change between materials
High precision cutting is ensured by a CCD camera that reads markers from 4 corners and sets the cutting path

Drag tool - knife - Mainly used for cutting adhesive paper, paper, cardboard, vinyl.
Precise positioning allows you to cut the top layer of the sticker leaving the backing intact or to cut the material completely.
5 levels of pressure control, maximum force of 4kg.
Creasing disc - creasing tool for paper, cardboard, cardboard and other materials. Different types of disks available to achieve the best creasing results. Maximum pressure of 4kg.
It can be converted into a cardboard cutting tool in the V shape - "V grooving" at angles of 0°, 15°, 22.5°, 30° or 45°.
Can be converted to a puck perforating.
Oscillating knife - Cuts material through high-frequency blade movement (like a jigsaw) - a suitable cutting method for medium-density materials. Various knives available for optimal results on materials.
Minimum cutting radius - 1.5mm.
Oscillating knife available only with PLUS models - cutting thickness up to 6mm / PRO MAX - cutting thickness up to 10mm
It cuts - cardboard, corrugated cardboard, PVC, EVA, PE, foam, PP boards, rubber backings.

Precision vision-based fit system
Using a high-resolution CCD camera, iEcho plotters read the position of the sheet on the strip (in the cutting zone) and perform automatic sheet matching on the table.
Positioning can be done in various ways:
- Recognition of signs - crosses or circles
- Recognizing the edges of the material to be cut.
