Design, printing, finishing and finishing processes in the production of low- and medium-volume packaging are the leading topics of our conference. However, the printing, finishing and binding solutions presented are also suitable for printing advertising materials, books, catalogs, invitations and business cards

The production of low- and medium-volume packaging has become a market requirement. We know that it is quite a challenge for some of the traditional printers. During our conference, we will advise you on what to consider when choosing a digital packaging production line and answer some of your burning questions.
- How to design and produce packaging so that the customer reaches for it as often as possible, and what to follow in such design?
- Eco packaging or maybe packaging with special colors and attractive finishing?
- Sensory marketing is now a requirement in the packaging market. Do you sensorially interact with the recipient through an interesting paper texture, or enhance with 3D varnish and/or film?
- How to effectively cut and crease low-volume packaging?
- What innovations in digital printing, finishing and cutting equipment should you pay attention to in order to become a major player among printers involved in the production of low-volume packaging and labels?
During our conference you will hear interesting presentations on topics related to packaging production. We will go through the processes of design, printing, finishing and finishing. And in the workshop part there will be an opportunity to see how a modern printing house focused on packaging production works and what solutions it uses. The conference is multi-brand, so everyone can find the right solution for themselves here. It will be an opportunity to see two different production lines at work. The first line will emphasize interesting and rich finishing. We will use additional special colors, sleeking, 3D varnish and all this to achieve a product attractive to the end customer. The second line will follow the eco direction that is fashionable in some areas. It will be CMYK printing on attractive decorative substrates. Both lines will rely on sensory marketing. In the first line, it will be based on 3D varnish. In the second line on the tactile sensations associated with decorative paper.

About the presented solutions

FUJIFILM REVORIA PRESS PC1120
Industrial printing device for six colors in one pass. Available special colors include gold, silver, white, pink, spot clear and texture clear for textured papers. We can place special colors as bottom colors (except for clear) and as top colors. This configuration, combined with the static charge removal module, gives great results not only for printing on paper, but also for printing on transparent films and metallized substrates. The addition of pink as a special color in addition to spot-on printing gives great possibilities in obtaining a wider color gamut. All this makes Revoria a product for a wide range of applications from packaging to photo-albums.

CANON imagePREES V1000
