Large format binding machine PB-799 HD ES - Automatic machine for large format calendars

The PB-799 HD ES binding machine is specially designed to handle large formats and has the ability to bind two calendars simultaneously. Its high production speed makes it ideal for calendar production professionals.

How it works:

Calendars simply need to be placed on the binding machine, and the finished product is received at the end of the binding process. The machine punches the entire calendar in one stroke, and then automatically inserts the hangers and wire, moving everything to the closing section, where the final binding takes place. The entire process is done automatically.

Features of the large format binding machine:

• Minimum binding size: 120 x 100 mm.
• The ability to punch and bind two calendars with a maximum size of 350 mm at the same time.
• Possibility to use one semi-automatic pendant feeder for pendants 100-500 mm long or two semi-automatic feeders for pendants 100-200 mm long.
• Maximum punch thickness per stroke: 4.5 mm (depending on the scale, materials and size of the calendars).
• Standard punch tool with 3.7 x 4 mm holes.
• Standard fixture diameters: 1/4" (on request: 3/16", 5/16" and 3/8").
• Standard pitch: 3:1" (on request: 4:1").
• Maximum speed when processing calendars 800 mm: from 500 to 1,600 pieces per hour, depending on the thickness and quality of the materials.
• Maximum production when processing two calendars 350 mm: 2600 pieces per hour, depending on the thickness and quality of the materials.
• Can be programmed for continuous binding, binding of two pieces with a hanger or "skip-binding".
• Can be connected to any sheet collection device.
