The CM-01 is a machine for the production of hardcover covers, designed for medium print runs. One operator handles the entire process. The machine has a set of rollers and brushes that automatically close the hardcover and is also equipped with a cold gluer and an additional hot gluer.
Device equipment:
- Glue application module - stainless steel rollers for glue application with a width of 55 cm
- Work table with under-slide, size 90 x 64 cm
- Veneer wrapping unit - two edges (parallel) are wrapped in one cycle. Veneer wrapping is carried out using brushes.
- Press module - four chrome rollers with a width of 75 cm
One operator can process up to 300 covers per hour!
