During RemaDays, a creasing and folding machine will be presented for the first time in Poland Galaxy, which allows precise folding (after creasing) of paper sheets up to 400 g/m2 (breaking in half) and up to 350 g/m2 (breaking in Z, C, gate, etc.). The device is equipped with an interchangeable creasing bar module, so any paper weight will be folded correctly. An extremely important aspect is the device's simple tooling, as well as auto-measurement modes. An attractive offer has been prepared especially for RemaDays.
GMP Qtopic 380 film machine, which is already a permanent feature at all exhibitions prepared by Akonda, will also be on the booth at RemaDays. Qtopic is an excellent foiler for digital printing applications; it also allows for unusual effects such as gilding, silvering, glossing (imitation UV varnishing). It comes in both automatic and manual feeding versions, making it a perfect fit for both small and large digital printing environments.
The increasingly popular cutter-bindery harvesters will have two representatives at RemaDays:
- SCC machine
- semi-automatic SCC Mini
Both machines cut, crease or perforate business cards, postcards, invitations, flyers, coupons from sheets up to 330 mm wide. The SCC automatic machine is equipped with stack picking, and the cutting knives set up automatically. The semi-automatic SCC Mini requires manual feeding of paper sheets, and is imposed with a convenient gauge. Both machines can shorten the process of cutting business cards from several minutes on a guillotine to less than 1 minute (with a run of 120 business cards).
