- Information on waste management costs.
The unit price of the equipment listed in Appendix No. 6 to the Law of September 11, 2015 on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1688) includes waste management costs within the meaning of and in accordance with the terms of Article 16 of the aforementioned Law.
According to Article 25 of the amended Law on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment of September 11, 2015, we are obliged as a seller to provide our customers with information on the amount of waste management costs - KGO.
Rates :
For group I, the KGO is 0.380 PLN/kg.
For group III, the KGO is £1,200/kg.
For group IV, the KGO is 0.220 PLN/kg.
For group V, KGO is 0.200 PLN/kg.
KGO includes the costs of collecting, processing and recycling waste electrical and electronic equipment.
- Recycling
We would like to inform you about the possibility of accepting used equipment free of charge, in case the repair of the equipment accepted at the service center is impossible for technical reasons, or if the owner of the equipment finds it uneconomical for him to repair the equipment (Article 40 paragraphs 1 and 3).
The service has the right to refuse acceptance if the contamination of the equipment poses a threat to the health or life of the recipients (Article 41.1). Such equipment should be handed over to the collector or operator of a processing plant. Waste equipment can be handed over at municipal Selective Collection Points for Municipal Waste (PSZOK) - addresses on municipal websites.
- Environmental protection. Discarding old electrical appliances.
The crossed-out wheeled garbage can sign is a symbol of separate collection and means that used electrical and electronic equipment should not be disposed of together with unsorted municipal waste. Such devices may contain harmful substances that were necessary for their proper functioning and safety. Proper disposal of this product will help save valuable resources and prevent potentially hazardous effects on the environment and human health that could be jeopardized if waste is improperly handled. Used appliances should be collected separately to increase the number of recovered appliances and recycle some of them. As a reminder of the obligation to collect waste separately, the symbol of the crossed-out trash garbage can is stamped on all appliances. Observe current regulations and use collection and disposal facilities for old electrical and electronic equipment. For more detailed information on recycling of this product, please contact your local government representative, waste disposal service provider or the store where you purchased the product. If this waste is disposed of improperly, penalties may be imposed in accordance with national regulations.
