⚙️ Two heads - cutting and creasing in one step
The plotter is equipped with two independent working heads: one with a knife for cutting (full or half) and the other with a wheel for creasing (kneading the bend line). This allows the full production cycle - creasing and cutting - to be performed in one automated process, without the need for manual tool changes.
📸 Automatic contour cutting - CCD camera
The built-in high-precision CCD camera automatically finds the printing marks (stripes) on the printed sheet. Thanks to this, the system independently calibrates the cutting line in relation to the print, guaranteeing perfect cutting precision along the contour, which is crucial in the production of labels, stickers or printed packaging.
💨 Vacuum suction table
A powerful vacuum pump sucks in the material and holds it perfectly flat on the work table. This eliminates the risk of the sheet moving when cutting at high speed, which is essential for the highest precision and repeatability.
🖥️ Intuitive operation and wide compatibility
A large 5.5-inch touchscreen makes operating the machine simple and intuitive. SignMaster software is included in the package with the plotter. Files can be transferred in many ways - via USB, Ethernet network port or directly from a flash drive.
