This is the most important feature of the machine. After stitching and folding, a special pressing module forms the spine of the booklet flat, giving it the appearance of a glued binding. Such booklets do not "spring", they are easy to stack and look much more professional.
⚙️ Sewing versatility and SRA3 format
The machine is equipped with 2 sewing heads as standard, expandable to 4. It supports both standard staples (26/6, 26/8) and optional eyelet (loop) staples, ideal for clipping booklets into binders. The device works with sheets up to SRA3 format (320×450 mm).

The machine is fast and quiet, and the entire cycle of creating a square spine booklet takes about 9 seconds. Fully automatic operation allows production of up to 25 sheets 80 gsm with minimal operator effort, which guarantees professional results every time.
